- I think what the article is referring too (but not very well) is that if you agree to short sale with a bank you live in the home and not make payments while the home is "on the market." If the bank goes through with forclosure then they just simply change the locks and put you out in the streets.

- TOKRAH. . .Thank you for having an objective and common sense look at an article of this sort. It is simple to jump on the bandwagon of "see there is no God" yet to me all of this proves that there is a Master Design to the Universe and not just a random pattern.
